Diamonds or Rock?

Did you know diamond are formed in the unseen, in the depths of the earth under extreme temperatures and pressure.  All diamonds start out as a lump of rock, which gets compressed and heated over many years to become the most strongest substance on earth. It takes tremendous effort and sacrifice to locate, mine and refine a diamond. Most diamonds are slightly imperfect and no two are exactly the same.  The only thing that can polish another diamond is another diamond, but unless it's polished it's true brilliance can't be seen...

Gosh diamonds are amazing! Do you know we are diamonds in waiting? The intention, the destination of your life is that you will shine, you will catch the light. Your colours will one day dance as you reflect the glory of God.  The world might look at you and see a lump of rock or coal but God sees you very differently. He knows the treasure in you and your true value.

You may feel under unbearable pressure, you may feel hidden in the depths, you may feel scratched and rubbed up against other 'diamonds in waiting' but hang on in there because God works best in the unseen! He is a master craftsman He will find you, He will lift you up, He will gently wipe you down and heal your impurities and polish you to brilliance. Be encouraged someone once said "A diamond is just a rock that stuck it out".
